87 Admissibility of evidence relating to consent to forensic
Evidence of a person’s refusal or failure to consent, or withdrawal of
consent, to a forensic procedure is admissible in a proceeding against
the person in a court only to establish or rebut an allegation that a
police officer investigating the commission of the offence concerned
acted contrary to law in carrying out the investigation.
