76 Record of police officer’s order
(1) If a police officer orders the carrying out of a non-intimate forensic
procedure on a serious offender, the police officer must—
(a) make a record of—
(i) the order; and
(ii) the date and time the order was made; and
(b) sign the record.
(2) The police officer must make and sign the record when the order is
made or as soon as practicable afterwards.
(3) The police officer must ensure that a copy of the record is made
available to the serious offender as soon as practicable after the record
is made.
