51 Forensic procedures not to be carried out in cruel,
inhuman or degrading way
(1) This Act does not authorise the carrying out of a forensic procedure
in a cruel, inhuman or degrading way.
(2) For this section, the carrying out of a forensic procedure in
accordance with this Act is not in itself regarded as degrading to the
relevant person.
