48 Restrictions on publication
A person must not intentionally or recklessly, in any report of a
proceeding under this part, publish—
(a) the name of the suspect on whom a forensic procedure is carried
out or proposed to be carried out in relation to an offence; or
(b) any information likely to enable the identification of the suspect;
unless the suspect has been charged with the relevant offence or the
magistrate, by order, has authorised publication.
