113 Retention of electronic recordings
(1) A recording made by audiotape, videotape or other electronic means
by a police officer in accordance with this Act that is no longer
required for investigative or evidentiary purposes may be retained for
the purposes, and for the period, the chief police officer directs.
(2) A recording that is retained under this section must be stored so as to
protect it against unauthorised access or use by anyone.
