#### 98L Regulations 98L Regulations > > (1) The regulations may prescribe additional circumstances in which an agency may, despite the privacy legislation, collect, use or disclose personal information or health information about a primary person and any associated respondent. > > > (2) The Minister is to consult with the Privacy Commissioner before recommending the making of a regulation under this section.
