72 Definitions
> In this Division—
>
> application means an application for the variation or revocation of a final apprehended violence order or interim court order.
>
> interested party, in relation to an order, means each of the following—
>
> > (a) each protected person under the order (whether or not the protected person made the application for the original order),
>
> > (b) each guardian of a protected person under the order, in the case of a protected person in respect of whom a guardianship order within the meaning of the [Guardianship Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-257) is in force,
>
> > (c) in the case of a protected person who is a child—
> >
> > > (i) each parent of a protected person under the order, and
> >
> > > (ii) the Secretary of the Department of Family and Community Services,
>
> > (d) the defendant.
