#### 67 Power to dispense with rules 67 Power to dispense with rules > > (1) In relation to particular application proceedings, the court may, if of the opinion that it is in the interests of justice to do so, dispense with or vary a requirement of the rules. > > > (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the court may make directions as to the conduct of application proceedings. > > > (3) The power conferred by this section does not extend to any rule declared by the rules to be mandatory.
