52A Commencement of proceedings by Secretary of Department of Communities and Justice

If an application for an order is made by the Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice, the Secretary may commence the proceedings by issuing an application notice, signed by a registrar, and filing the notice in accordance with this Division.
