#### 22 Interpretation
In this Part, a reference to an offence against a provision of this Act shall be taken to include a reference to an offence, in relation to an offence created by a provision of this Act, against section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914 or section 11.1 or 11.4 of the Criminal Code.
