#### 2 Commencement (1) Sections 1, 2 and 3 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the day on which the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1985 receives the Royal Assent.
