#### 28O Revocation of criminal intelligence declaration 28O Revocation of criminal intelligence declaration > > (1) The Court may, at any time on application by the Commissioner, revoke a criminal intelligence declaration. > > > (2) The application must state— > > > > > (a) the grounds on which the revocation is sought, and > > > > > (b) the information supporting the grounds on which the revocation is sought. > > > (3) The application must be accompanied by any affidavit the Commissioner intends to rely on at the hearing of the application. > > > (4) The Court must consider the application without notice of it having been given other than to the criminal intelligence monitor. > > **pt 3B, divs 1–5 (ss 28A–28U):** Ins 2013 No 12, Sch 1 \[9\].
