#### 27K Cancellation of registration of interstate declaration by Court 27K Cancellation of registration of interstate declaration by Court > > (1) The Court may, on application by the respondent, cancel the registration of an interstate declaration if satisfied that the declaration should not have been registered in accordance with this Part. > > > (2) The Commissioner is a party to the application. > > > (3) If the registration of an interstate declaration is cancelled under this section, any control order made under this Act relating to a member of the organisation that is the subject of the interstate declaration on the basis of the declaration ceases to have effect. > > > (4) Nothing in this section authorises the Court to reconsider the merits of the interstate declaration. > > **pt 3A, divs 1–3 (ss 27A–27Y):** Ins 2013 No 12, Sch 1 \[9\].
