#### 27G Commencement and duration of registered interstate declaration 27G Commencement and duration of registered interstate declaration > A registered interstate declaration— > > > (a) comes into force in New South Wales on the day after the day on which notice of registration of the declaration is published in the Gazette under section 27F, and > > > (b) remains in force in New South Wales until one of the following occurs— > > > > > (i) the registration of the declaration expires in accordance with section 27E, > > > > > (ii) the registration of the declaration is cancelled under this Part. > > **pt 3A, divs 1–3 (ss 27A–27Y):** Ins 2013 No 12, Sch 1 \[9\].
