#### 42 Evidence: entry into force of Conventions All courts must take judicial notice that: (a) the Hague Convention entered into force on 14 October 1971 under paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Convention; and (b) the Montreal Convention entered into force on 28 January 1973 under paragraph 3 of Article 15 of the Convention; and (c) the Protocol entered into force on 6 August 1989 under paragraph 1 of Article VI of the Protocol; and (d) the Tokyo Convention entered into force on 4 December 1969 under paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Convention.
