38 Proceedings before magistrate on warrant for arrest
Where: (a) a person is brought or appears before a magistrate under this Act; and (b) a warrant for the arrest of the person for the purposes of criminal or extradition proceedings in relation to an offence under this Act is produced to the magistrate; the magistrate must make such order as is appropriate for the execution of the warrant.
