52 Appeals as of right
> > (1) Any person who has been convicted or sentenced by the Local Court, otherwise than with respect to an environmental offence or a workplace relations offence, may appeal to the Supreme Court against the conviction or sentence, but only on a ground that involves a question of law alone.
