#### 84 Visits to Aboriginal persons 84 Visits to Aboriginal persons > > (1) In addition to any other visit authorised by this Regulation, an inmate who is an Aboriginal person may be visited by— > > > > > (a) a field officer of the Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT) Limited, or > > > > > (b) a field officer of any other organisation that provides legal or other assistance to Aboriginal persons and that is approved by the Commissioner. > > > (2) In this clause, Aboriginal person has the same meaning as it has in the [Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1983-042).
