#### 70 Accredited chaplains may advise committees 70 Accredited chaplains may advise committees > > (1) An accredited chaplain may, with the approval of the governor of the correctional centre to which he or she is accredited— > > > > > (a) attend a meeting of any committee concerned with the management of the centre, and > > > > > (b) at the meeting, offer advice in relation to the welfare of inmates. > > > (2) An accredited chaplain is not entitled to vote on any motion or proposal put before a committee or otherwise to participate in its decisions.
