#### 38 Restriction on work that civil inmates and unconvicted inmates may be required to perform 38 Restriction on work that civil inmates and unconvicted inmates may be required to perform > > (1) Civil inmates and unconvicted inmates are not to be required to work otherwise than as provided by this clause. > > > (2) The governor of a correctional centre may require a civil inmate or unconvicted inmate to ensure that any yard or other section of the correctional centre that he or she uses is kept clean. > > > (3) A civil inmate or unconvicted inmate must comply with any requirement under this clause. > > > > Note. > > > > Failure by an inmate to comply with this subclause is a correctional centre offence.
