#### 282 Interfering with results of test 282 Interfering with results of test > A person who does anything to introduce, or alter the concentration of, alcohol or any prohibited drug in a member of correctional staff’s breath, blood or other biological material, before the staff member undergoes a test under Division 5 of Part 11 of the Act, is guilty of an offence if the person does so for the purpose of preventing or restricting the use of the results of the test in any disciplinary procedure involving a contravention of this Part. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
