#### 246 Keys and access cards 246 Keys and access cards > > (1) The governor of a correctional centre is to ensure that the keys and access cards of the centre are duly issued and accounted for. > > > (2) A correctional officer, departmental officer, medical officer or nursing officer to whom a key or access card is issued must keep it on his or her person at all times until it is returned. > > > (3) The officer must not leave a correctional centre while a key of the centre is in his or her possession.
