#### 238 Inquiry into suspected breach of order 238 Inquiry into suspected breach of order > > (1) A notice under section 180(1)(a) of the Act by which an offender is called on to appear before the Parole Authority must be served on the offender at least 7 days before the date set for the inquiry referred to in the notice. > > > (2) The Parole Authority must send a copy of each notice to the Commissioner.
