#### 189B Obligations under curfew condition (ICO or CCO) 189B Obligations under curfew condition (ICO or CCO) > For the purposes of sections 82 and 107B of the Act, an offender who is subject to a curfew condition of an intensive correction order or community correction order has the following obligation— > > > to remain at the address specified in the condition or by a community corrections officer within the hours specified in the condition, otherwise than when faced with immediate danger (for example, in a fire or medical emergency) or as specified in the condition. > > **cll 189A–189H:** Ins 2018 (536), Sch 1 \[4\].
