#### 189A Obligations under electronic monitoring condition (ICO) 189A Obligations under electronic monitoring condition (ICO) > For the purposes of section 82 of the Act, an offender who is subject to an electronic monitoring condition of an intensive correction order has the following obligations— > > > (a) to submit to electronic monitoring, > > > (b) to comply with all reasonable directions of a community corrections officer or an electronic monitoring officer in relation to the electronic monitoring of the offender, > > > (c) not to remove or tamper with, damage or disable the electronic monitoring equipment. > > **cll 189A–189H:** Ins 2018 (536), Sch 1 \[4\].
