#### 127 Contraventions of particular provisions, orders or directions 127 Contraventions of particular provisions, orders or directions > A contravention by an inmate, whether by act or omission, of any of the following is declared to be a correctional centre offence for the purposes of Division 6 of Part 2 of the Act— > > > (a) a provision of the Act, > > > (b) an order or direction made under a provision of the Act, > > > (c) a provision of this Regulation specified in Schedule 2.
