#### 106 General power to prevent visits 106 General power to prevent visits > Each of the following persons may refuse to allow another person to visit a correctional centre or an inmate if of the opinion that the visit would prejudice the good order and security of the centre— > > > (a) the governor of the correctional centre, > > > (b) a correctional officer holding office or acting in a rank that is of or above the rank of Assistant Superintendent, > > > (c) a person holding office or acting in a rank that is of or above a rank equivalent to Assistant Superintendent (in the case of a correctional centre managed in accordance with Part 12 of the Act).
