58 Certain offences may be dealt with by Local Court
> If, during proceedings on a charge relating to a correctional centre offence, the Visiting Judge is of the opinion that the act or omission giving rise to the offence constitutes a criminal offence for which proceedings should be taken before a court, the Visiting Judge must terminate the proceedings and order that the inmate be brought before the Local Court to be dealt with according to law.
