271A Regulations relating to high risk offenders
> > (1) The regulations may provide for the preparation and implementation of plans of management in respect of persons who are high risk offenders, and the provision of services and programs in respect of those persons, by Corrective Services NSW.

> > (2) The regulations may confer functions on the Review Council in respect of high risk offenders.
>
> > (3) A person is a high risk offender if—
> >
> > > (a) the person is the subject of an extended supervision order, interim supervision order, continuing detention order, interim detention order or emergency detention order under the [Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2006-007), or
> >
> > > (b) the person is the subject of an extended supervision order, interim supervision order, continuing detention order, interim detention order or emergency detention order under the [Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2017-068), or
> >
> > > (c) the person is a Commonwealth post sentence terrorism inmate.
