253G Miscellaneous offences
> > (1) Any person who, without lawful authority—

> > > (a) loiters about or near any place of detention, or

> > > (b) enters or attempts by any means whatever to enter any place of detention, or

> > > (c) communicates, or attempts by any means whatever to communicate, with any inmate,
