244 Chief Executive, Justice Health, to have access to correctional centres, offenders and medical records
> > (1) For the purpose of ensuring that the provisions of this Act and the regulations (in so far as they relate to medical, surgical or dental treatment or to the health of offenders) are being complied with at a managed correctional centre, the Chief Executive, Justice Health, is to have free and unfettered access at all times to all parts of the correctional centre, to all medical records held at the correctional centre and to all offenders held in custody in the correctional centre.

> > > (a) affects any power conferred on the Chief Executive, Justice Health, with respect to any correctional centre, or
> >
> > > (b) affects any duty of a management company, submanagement company or correctional centre medical officer under this Act, the regulations or any agreement.
