236AA Officers presumed to be aware of obligations
For the purposes of taking action under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, section 68 or 69, a correctional officer or departmental officer is presumed to be aware of the officer’s obligations under this Act and the regulations.
Note—
Correctional officers and departmental officers are employed under and subject to the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
