#### 235B Commissioner’s instructions 235B Commissioner’s instructions > > (1) The Commissioner may issue an instruction to the staff of Corrective Services NSW, including correctional officers, in relation to the management and control of Corrective Services NSW. > > > (2) An instruction must be consistent with the following— > > > > > (a) this Act, > > > > > (b) the regulations made under this Act, > > > > > (c) the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040), > > > > > (d) the regulations and rules made under the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040). > > > (3) Correctional officers and departmental officers must comply with the Commissioner’s instructions. > > > (4) The Commissioner may amend or revoke instructions. > > **s 235B:** Ins 2000 No 110, Sch 1 \[51\].
