#### 233 Governors of correctional centres 233 Governors of correctional centres > > (1) The governor of a correctional centre— > > > > > (a) has the care, direction, control and management of the correctional centre, and > > > > > (b) has all other functions conferred or imposed on the governor by or under this or any other Act or law. > > > (2) In the exercise of the functions referred to in subsection (1) (a) and (b), the governor is subject to the direction and control of the Commissioner. > > > (3) The governor of a correctional centre may delegate to any person any of the governor’s functions, other than this power of delegation and other than any function delegated to the governor by the Commissioner. > > **s 233:** Am 2010 No 48, Sch 2 \[52\].
