227 Visiting Judges
227 Visiting Judges
(1) A Judge of the Local Court—
(a) has all the functions conferred or imposed on a Visiting Judge by or under this Act or another Act or law, and
(b) is, when exercising those functions, a Visiting Judge.
(2) A Visiting Judge may at any time visit—
(a) a correctional complex, or
(b) a correctional centre.
