#### 225 Correctional centres 225 Correctional centres > > (1) The Governor may, by proclamation, declare any premises specified or described in the proclamation to be a correctional centre for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) The Governor may, by the proclamation by which any premises are declared to be a correctional complex or by a subsequent proclamation, declare any part of the correctional complex to be a correctional centre for the purposes of this Act. > > > (3) The Governor may, by the proclamation by which any premises or any part of a correctional complex is declared to be a correctional centre or by a subsequent proclamation, give a name to the correctional centre. > > > (4) The Governor may, by proclamation, vary or revoke any proclamation under this section.
