189 Misconduct before Parole Authority
> > (1) A person must not, during a hearing at a meeting of the Parole Authority—

> > > (a) wilfully insult any member of the Parole Authority, or

> > > (b) wilfully misbehave during the hearing, or

> > > (c) wilfully and without lawful excuse interrupt the hearing, or
