#### 188 Offences 188 Offences > A person must not— > > > (a) refuse, fail or neglect to comply with a requirement under section 186 or 187, except to the extent to which the person is lawfully excused from complying with the requirement, or > > > (b) produce any document, knowing it to be false or misleading in a material particular, in purported compliance with a requirement under section 186, or > > > (c) make an unsworn statement, knowing it to be false or misleading in a material particular, when appearing before the Parole Authority. > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
