#### 160A Relationship of parole orders to high risk offender orders 160A Relationship of parole orders to high risk offender orders > > (1) An offender’s obligations under a parole order made in respect of a sentence for a NSW offence are suspended while the offender is subject to— > > > > > (a) an extended supervision order, an interim supervision order, an interim detention order or an emergency detention order under the [Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2006-007) or the [Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2017-068), or > > > > > (b) an interim detention order under Division 105A of Part 5.3 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code. > > > (2) For the purposes of Division 3 of Part 7, the offender’s obligations under the extended supervision order or interim supervision order are taken to be obligations under the parole order. > > > > Note. > > > > Consequently, the offender’s parole order may be revoked under Division 3 of Part 7 if the offender fails to comply with his or her obligations under the supervision order. > > > (3) A parole order made in respect of a sentence for a NSW offence to which an offender is subject is revoked if— > > > > > (a) a continuing detention order is made against the offender under the [Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2006-007) or the [Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2017-068), or > > > > > (b) a continuing detention order is made against the offender under Division 105A of Part 5.3 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code. > > **s 160A:** Ins 2006 No 7, Sch 1 \[5\].
