#### 131 Release under parole order 131 Release under parole order > > (1) An offender’s parole order is sufficient warrant for any person having custody of the offender to release the offender in accordance with the terms of the order. > > > (2) An offender who is released on parole under this Part is to be released from custody on the day specified in the relevant parole order in that regard (the parole date). > > > (3) An inmate may be released from custody— > > > > > (a) at any time on the parole date, or > > > > > (b) if the parole date is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday and the offender so requests, at any time during the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
