#### 104 Term of office for appointed members of Parole Authority 104 Term of office for appointed members of Parole Authority > An appointed member who was appointed before, and who held office immediately before, the commencement of the amendment made to clause 4 of Schedule 1 by the amending Act, is taken to have been appointed for a period of 3 years from the date of the member’s original appointment (or most recent re-appointment, if applicable).
