642 Meaning of criminal justice action—div 34.3 criminal justice action, for a youth offence, includes any of the (a) investigating, apprehending, arresting, detaining, charging, or prosecuting a person for the youth offence; (b) adjudicating a charge against a person for the youth offence; (c) convicting or sentencing a person for the youth offence; (d) administering or enforcing any pre-sentence orders or sentence for the youth offence; (e) enforcing a requirement to pay a fine, costs, restitution, compensation or other money as a result of being found guilty, convicted, or sentenced for the youth offence.
