637 Application—div 34.2 This division applies, despite any territory law to the contrary, to a person who is— (a) in police custody in relation to a youth offence, whether or not the person has been charged with the offence; or (b) subject to a criminal proceeding for a youth offence; or (c) subject to a sentencing order for a youth offence.
