634 Definitions—pt 34 commencement day means the day the Justice (Age of Criminal Responsibility) Legislation Amendment Act 2023, section 60 commences. schedule offence means an offence mentioned in the Criminal Code, schedule 1, column 2. youth offence means an offence against a territory law, other than a schedule offence, committed or alleged to have been committed by a person who was at least 12 years old but under 14 years old when the offence happened.
