57 Act of indecency in the first degree (1) A person who inflicts grievous bodily harm on another person with intent to commit an act of indecency on, or in the presence of, that other person, or a third person who is present or nearby, is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by imprisonment for 15 years. maximum penalty is imprisonment for 19 years.
