442 Change of venue
In any criminal proceeding, if it is made to appear to the court—
(a) that a fair or unprejudiced trial cannot otherwise be had; or
(b) that for any other reason, it is expedient so to do;
the Supreme Court may change the venue, and direct the trial to be
had in the other district, or at the particular place, that the court thinks
fit, and may for that purpose make all the orders that justice appears
to require.
