428 Report by board
(1) After finishing an inquiry, the board must give a copy of a written
report of the inquiry to the registrar.
(2) Together with the report, the board must give to the registrar, for
safe-keeping, any documents or things held by the board for the
purpose of the inquiry.
(3) Even if the board does not comply with subsection (2), the Supreme
Court may exercise its powers under division 20.4 in relation to the
report.
(4) The Inquiries Act 1991, sections 14 (Reports of boards) and 14A
(Presenting reports) do not apply to the inquiry.
