421 Definitions for pt 20
Full Court means the Supreme Court constituted by a Full Court.
inquiry means an inquiry under this part into a person’s conviction
for an offence (whether summarily or on indictment).
registrar means the registrar of the Supreme Court.
relevant proceeding, in relation to an offence, means a prosecution
or other proceeding in relation to the offence, including an appeal in
