398 Alternative methods of proceeding before magistrate
If by this Act a person is made liable to imprisonment, or to pay a
sum of money, on conviction before a magistrate, the person may be
proceeded against and convicted in a summary way under this Act,
so far as it is applicable, or under any law in force in the ACT
regulating proceedings on summary convictions, and every provision
contained in any such law shall be applicable to the proceedings as if
it were incorporated in this Act.
