393A Urinating in public place
(1) A person commits an offence if the person urinates in a public place
(other than in a toilet).
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
Note Circumstances of sudden and extraordinary emergency is a defence in
relation to the offence. See the Criminal Code, s 41.
